Yes. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, regulated by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. I have been licensed since 2008 and bring over 25 years of experience in the field.

Your privacy and confidentiality are of the utmost importance. I use secure, HIPAA‑compliant systems to maintain treatment records, process payments, and conduct telehealth sessions. Information about you or your child is only shared with others when you provide written authorization, except in situations where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

Your first session focuses on getting to know one another. I’ll ask about your background, history, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals and any emotional, behavioral, or mental‑health concerns.

We’ll determine a schedule that best supports your progress. Many clients find weekly sessions helpful, while others prefer to meet more or less frequently depending on their needs. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to you.

The length of therapy varies for each person. Some clients achieve their goals within a few months, while others benefit from longer‑term support. We’ll regularly review your progress and adjust your treatment plan to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.

Yes. Under the federal “No Surprises” Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of your care. Since I do not accept insurance, I can provide an estimate for your or your child’s mental‑health services before your first appointment. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises (cms.gov in Bing).
